Job Purpose
Represent customer brands introducing products and services by telephone to potential Business to Business prospects.   
Make sales and market products and services by phone, answer incoming customer calls and make outgoing sales calls, maintain thorough understanding of products and services, process sales, meet sales goals.
Reports to: Operations Manager
Duties and Key Responsibilities
  • Makes outgoing customer calls in order to sell products and services
  • Answer incoming calls from prospective customers
  • Answers questions about product specifications and pricing
  • Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with prospective customers
  • Use scripts to provide information about product’s features, prices etc. and present their benefits
  • Accurately and efficiently enters customer information into company databases
  • Maintains a list of potential leads and follows up with those customers by making subsequent sales pitches
  • Assists sales colleagues with arranging meetings and sales calls with customers
  • Contacts customers in response to correspondence or feedback
  • Maintains working knowledge of products and services sold
General Responsibilities
  • Adhere to company’s policies and procedures
  • Support the induction and training of new employees and apprentices
  • Represent the company in an honest and efficient manor
  • Maintain Health and Safety standards

Our client is looking to appoint 10  Field sales Exectuives selling mobile phone services business to business predominately in the SME market place.
There are pool cars available to use and if a personal car is used there will be an allowance paid to the employee.
