Lord Sugar wins in battle of The Apprentice bosses

Although Virgin’s Sir Richard Branson tops the charts in terms of who people would most like to work for, in the battle of the bosses to have presided over TV’s The Apprentice, the UK’s Lord Alan Sugar has emerged victorious above a certain President elect.
In a poll carried out by CV writing specialists Purple CV, Sugar, currently ruling the roost in this latest series of The Apprentice on the BBC, won 17.5% of the vote, second only to Virgin’s Branson.
US President-elect Trump, meanwhile, who ran the boardroom of The Apprentice in the US, only managed to win 1.8% of the vote.
Trump wasn’t the least popular boss, however – that title goes to former department store BHS owner Sir Phillip Green. No surprise there then, surely?
