Kick start for 16-24 job hunters

Chancellor Rishi Sunak is announcing a £2bn "kickstart scheme" to create more jobs for young people, in a statement to MPs.
It is part of an emergency package to prevent mass unemployment as coronavirus hits the UK economy.
Mr Sunak is also expected to announce a temporary stamp duty holiday to stimulate the property market.
Labour says more action is needed to tackle the "scale of the unemployment crisis" caused by the pandemic.
The chancellor says the "kickstart" plan is aimed at preventing an entire generation being "left behind".
